A: Yes, all gallery layouts you can find on the samples page are ones I personally created, own, used, been accepted, and made sales with. They are not for sale, but for exhibit purposes only.
Q: Do you use special software to generate the galleries?
A: No, all galleries are custom hand coded and created by me.
Q: Do you take PayPal?
A: Yes, please see the prices page for payment instructions and options.
Q: Do you provide the content used in making the custom galleries graphics?
A: No, you must provide legal licensed content for it, or I can arrange most types of legal content for an additional charge thru special arrangements I have with several content providers.
Q: Can I use sponsor provided content or tour elements for the galleries?
A: Yes, if I have permission on file or from one of thier employees that I can place on file.
Q: Do thumbnails, photo sets, and text links come with the galleries?
A: No, these are up to you to provide when you use the premium graphic galleries. You must provide, prior to me designing the gallery, any special text you would like used in or on the graphics. This also applies to logos and any other design elements you specificly want included.
Q: Can I get a gallery made for promoting a paysite if i don't own that paysite?
A: Yes, if it is not a pay per click sponsor. Promoting other sponsors and thier paysites is one of the common usages for custom galleries.
Q: Do you need my sponsor code(s) when making the galleries?
A: No, but I will need the the sponsors name, url, and paysite name and url. You will be adding that information when you get your gallery.
Q: I paid by PayPal, now what?
A: Once I recieve the payment recieved info from PayPal, you will be contacted by me for specific information as to what I can build for you and approx. completion dates. If you do not recieve an email from me within 24 hours, excluding Internext show dates, click the contact link and send me a follow up email. You may have forgotten to add or I did not recieve your contact information from when you paid at PayPal.
Q: After purchasing, will I own this gallery or will someone else also get this same gallery as well?
A: You will own it 100%. It is yours and is one of a kind. If you see anyone using your custom gallery other than yourself, they have stolen it from you, contact your local lawyer and immediately have them pursue the other party for theif. I can provide a written certificate of ownership and your purchase if you so need one.
Q: Do you keep backup copies in case I lose my gallery?
A: While I try to keep complete copies of all work on backup files, I can not be responsible if you lose it, or to be your backup system. Please treat this as you would any other unique item you would buy. I highly suggest you make a copy and store it away in the need arises for it's use.
Q: Do Cloud Cash partners get a discount?
A: Yes, galleries made for Cloud Cash sites are at 50% of the normal prices.
Q: Do VNWR Community Members(with tag) get a discount?
A: Yes, VNWR Community Members get a discount as reflected in their private members discount area. At this time it is a 10% discount.
Q: Can you change a gallery to another sponsor or make it generic to a niche?
A: No, this would be unprofitable on my part. I must have a specific sponsor paysite (can be a specific premium AVS site of yours also) to custom create the gallery to sell that sponsor paysite.
Q: How do I make the gallery into a FPA (Full Page Ad)?
A: Within the graphic area(s) there will be places for thumbnails. In place of these thumbnails place your sales text and any text links you would like there.
Q: How do I make the TGP gallery into a TGP2 gallery?
A: The amount of thumbnailed pics you use will determine the type of gallery it is. In the case of TGP2 you need to use only 5. Please see info at the TGP2s for more info on what they accept or not.
Q: Will my gallery get top listings on major TGPs?
A: Yes, they can, but if they will or not depends on many factors outside of my control, that you control. I can't make up for past errors or bad webmastering on your part. Your relationships and attention to the rules with/at TGPs, TGP2s, link type sites, and search engines are in your control. The galleries are generally accepted at most places, but as rules change, I can not honestly say all will always take them. It has and is my persoanl experience that nearly all do take them and give them good ranking due to thier high quality.
Q: If i buy 5 galleries now and 6 or 7 more next month will I get the discount rate?
A: No, purchases are not accumlitive for the total number bought. The price breaks are for same day orders only.
Q: Do you also do banners, tours, and other graphic work and projects?
A: No, I do not publicly sell these other items.
Q: I do not know HTML and need help inserting my sponsor codes and getting it on the web?
A: If this is the case, please do not purchase a gallery here. I will not rip you off by selling you something you are not at a webmaster level to use yet. Please visit VNWR and learn to get to the level needed in your webmastering. They offer good honest free help and specialize in new webmasters.
